Registration
Step 1 - Registration
To insure your place in one of our Spanish language courses you have to submit the registration form below (as early as possible as the Spanish courses and especially accommodation can be overbooked during certain times of the year).
Step 2 - Deposit
Within 24 hours of receiving your registration you will receive a response from UniSpain confirming that we are processing your request. In this confirmation we will also send you information about how to pay the initial deposit of 200€ (If you need documentation to get a student visa the deposit required from the school or university will be higher than 200€. We will inform you about the exact amount after receiving your registration).
If the total amount of the booking is less than 500€ the full amount is due to be paid upon registration.
Step 3 - Confirmation
1-4 weeks after having received your deposit you will receive the confirmation letter from the Spanish course provider either by email or regular mail. If you need a visa for your studies in Spain we will send you the obligatory Spanish course provider confirmation letter and accommodation confirmation letter to your home address.
The initial deposit can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer.
To pay the outstanding amount you can choose between a bank transfer, a bank or personal cheque (you will have to add 10€ to cover expenses of cashing an international cheque in Spain) or payment by credit card. Payment by credit card is only possible if the cost of the program is under 1500€ (and a 3% charge will be added to cover expenses).
